A curated selection of projects exploring light, proportion, and the balance between nature and structure.

"Altura Residency"

A five-floor building designed to work two ways at once — three rental floors below, a private luxury duplex above. Wood cladding, charcoal stone, and soft grey plaster carry through every level, so it reads as one facade, not two mismatched halves. The top floors break the rhythm deliberately, with deeper balconies and taller glazing marking the shift from unit to residence. One building, stacked with intent — income below, home above.

"Azure Crest"

A five-floor residence built to stand out on a crowded street, not blend into it. A bold navy band cuts across crisp white, breaking the height into something the eye can read at a glance. Deep-set windows and clean balconies keep the facade sharp without ever feeling heavy. Less a building among many, more a landmark on its own block.

Tree House

Built among the branches, not around them — a treehouse where the site leads the design. Timber framing, a pitched tin roof, and wraparound windows keep it light on its feet, raised on stilts to leave the canopy untouched. Inside, the layout stays unfussy, putting the forest on every wall of glass. Less a building on a plot of land, more a home tucked quietly into one already beautiful.

INTERIOR PROJECT

Every room designed to belong to the same story, not stand alone as a separate task. Foyer, living, and dining spaces are planned together, so materials and light carry from one to the next without a hard stop. Layered lighting, considered textures, and custom detailing replace anything that feels like a catalogue finish. The result is a home that feels composed room to room, not decorated one room at a time.
